Initial Reply

A real person from NSV reads your submission and replies within a few business days — typically the same week.

Step 02

Discovery Call

A 30-minute call to understand your project, climate zone, unit count or tenant profile, and timeline. No sales pressure — we'd rather know early if NSV isn't a fit.

Step 03

Site Assessment

For qualified projects, we walk the property (or review the development plans) and produce a feasibility memo: vault siting, civil scope, thermal integration path, and order-of-magnitude scope.

Step 04

Proposal

A written proposal covering reference design, deployment path, operations agreement, and timeline. From here, we move into formal contracting and design integration with your team.
